This comfortable two bedroom apartment, with private entrance, is situated in a small quiet urbanisation, close to the centre of Nerja and only a five minute walk to the famous Balcon de Europa and Torrecilla beach.
The complex is enclosed with entrance gates, adding a real village ambiance. The gardens and walkways provide security and privacy and are nicely decorated with an abundance of colourful plants, fountains and water features, creating an ideal place to sit and relax.
The accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen, lounge with dining area, furnished with two sofas, coffee table and television with some English channels. From the lounge, French doors lead to an ample sized terrace with colourful flowerbeds. This area is nicely furnished with table, chairs and sun beds.
The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom is furnished with a new good quality bed, fitted wardrobes and access to a small terrace through French doors. The twin bedroom has good quality beds with a chest of drawers.
Air-conditioning in the lounge and standing fans in the bedrooms.
