Villa "PACO" / half of the house, duplex, is located in the middle part of Nerja, near the "Parador de Nerja in a quiet part, away from the main street and close to the well-known and popular Burriana beach. Ideal accommodation for a large, six person family or a group of friends. Staying at the villa, you do not have to depend on car.

Ground floor: living room, fireplace, open kitchen to the living room, 1 bathroom, terrace with private pool, (a place for barbecue and grilling), washing laundry on the terrace
First Floor: bathroom with shower, WC, BD, wash basin, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds).

The entrance to the villa / apartment from the street (where the large period of time before the house are free parking spaces) to the vestibule and living room in which there is a fireplace, the entrance to the bathroom with bath, open kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, toaster, coffee machine and a complete kitchen and dining room equipment for 6 persons), sofa bed for two additional people. Output from the living room to a private terrace with a private small swimming pool / jacuzzy, place it on the terrace, barbecue, sink, deck chairs, table with chairs and a room for washing machine and equipment to maintain cleanliness.
Stairs going to the first floor you will find two bedrooms with air conditioning (one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds), bathroom with shower, WC, BD, sink. Bedroom windows have views of the developed but full of greenery around and far away, see-through between the buildings overlooking the sea.
