New apartment, located in a newly built tourist complex in Kolobrzeg, in the coastal zone of greenery, close to the fishing port where you can buy fresh fish. In the area there are bike paths up to 40 km long with a good tourist infrastructure. Well-known and popular place for holiday throughout the year.
I would recommend this location and apartment for families with children and the elderly or wheelchair users (building equipped with an elevator, the possibility of entry to the apartment without stair steps). Common parking on the estate near the apartment entrance for residents only (subject to availability) and public car parks in the area.
The distance to the beach, 350m walk through the park. The distance to the center of Kolobrzeg and the Old Town, 1800m, 1000m cruise port, marina 800m.

Living room with sofa, 2 seater sofa beds, dining table with 4 chairs, wardrobe economic equipment (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board), a large TV satellite channels, children's corner, exit to the balcony. Radiator central heating.
Kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave oven, electric hob x 4, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots.
Bedroom with a large double bed, a wardrobe for clothes, bedside cabinets with lamps, radiator heating. Bed linen and towels supplied apartment.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, toilet, washing machine.
Hallway with room for equipment economic, vacuum cleaner, children's toys, baby cot, etc.
The entrance to the property only for the residents, gateway to the remote control. Parking lot on the property / free of charge (subject to availability). Playground visible from the windows and balcony. Housing monitored.

• 3 - nights = + 15% of the price
• 4 - nights = + 10% of the price

PAYMENT. After booking within 24 hours must be made advance payment of 30% calculated on the price received bank account. The residue payment, bank transfer is followed 10 days before arrival (or only after consultation).
