BASIC CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE.

• The apartment is adapted to accommodation, 2 to a maximum of 4 people.
• Possibility of accommodation for a fifth person, only after agreement with the renter, for an additional fee. (small child or infant).
• The apartment may be inhabited by the number of people in line with the reservation and payment made.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (outside the balcony and with the balcony window closed). (To smoke the flat with cigarette smoke, it may result in additional payment of PLN 1,000 for the period of airing the apartment).
• Pets allowed upon agreement with the owner and an additional fee applies. (only dogkitypu and the size of a York or Chihuahua dog, sniffing his sleeping place).
• The apartment is not allowed to fry fish and seafood.
• Pets off YORK, Chihuahua dogs and similar miniatures will be accepted for additional confirmation and an additional surcharge to the price of final cleaning included. (please inform).
• Arrivals from 17:00 to 19:00 (we require information on the exact time of arrival to the apartment). Not confirming the arrival time, relieves us of the duty of the service waiting for the arrival of the guest.Departures up to 11:00
• For all damages caused to the apartment or building caused by the fault of the Guest, the main person booking the apartment is responsible. Accidental or injury minds must be immediately compensated and in accordance with the opinion of the owner or (if necessary) with the opinion of the authorized appraiser.
• We recommend concluding a travel insurance agreement at your insurance company.

PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT, DEPENDING ON THE SEASON AND THE NUMBER OF RENTING DAYS. Minimum stay 2 nights * otherwise only on request.The summer holiday season (July - August) a minimum stay of 5 days.5 additional person for confirmation of the owner +8,-€ or 10, - €* per night.

The calculator will calculate your required price for the selected reservation period, possibly including discounts provided. Select the form of a down payment (30%). We recommend a bank transfer. The remaining 70% payment is negotiable (bank transfer or payment at the day of arrival). Confirm the knowledge of the conditions of reservation and stay. After sending the reservation automatically in return you receive a confirmation with the bank account number to transfer. Failure to prepayment in the agreed manner deletes the reservation.

Long-term vacation rental in the period from 01.10. to 31.05. Rent from 28 nights and longer - (depending on length of stay) is subject to a discount of 25 to even 40% of the above prices. Reservations ON-LINE does not include this type of discount. In this case, the energy consumed (electricity, heating, water, gas) and other media is not included in the price.
