We invite you to the STAR-KORMORAN Holiday House. Our facility is located in a quiet district of Niechorze, approx. 300 m from the Lighthouse, about 300 m from the descent to the beach and about 500 m from the center of Niechorze. We offer you stays in 2, 3 and 4 bed rooms with bathrooms with toilet and shower. We also have family 4-person rooms of the "studio" type (two separate rooms with one shared bathroom). The rooms are equipped with TV, fridge, basic dishes (glasses, plates, spoons). At the reception you can rent irons, grills, playing cards, balls, etc. free of charge. We also provide a small library for guests. We provide all our guests with free wireless Internet access (WIFI).

Opening dates and reservations for individual guests and larger groups.
Opening of the holiday season: 04/06/2018.
Closing of the holiday season: 08/09/2018.

The basic price list applies for stays of min. 7-day. The prices change during shorter stays.
In July and August we accept reservations for weekly stays (or multiples of weeks). The stay starts on Saturday and ends on Saturday or starts on Sunday and ends on Sunday.

In addition to this season only groups, minimum 5 nights, from 40 people on request in the following dates (without meals).

Check-in, Check-out.
The stay starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

No smoking
For the comfort of our guests, all rooms, bathrooms and stairwells are strictly non-smoking.A smoking area is designated outside the building.For non-compliance with the smoking ban, an additional fee is charged: PLN 500

- In the 2018 season, in the existing building (bar, restaurant / canteen) it is also possible to buy full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Discounts for children's accommodation apply to full-paying 2, 3 or 4 adults accommodated in double, triple or quadruple rooms:
- Children from 6 years - only possible to book a separate bed - a full-price stay.
- Children from 3 to 6 years, without a separate bed - 50% discount, with a bed - a full-price stay.
- Children up to 3 years of age, without a separate bed. FREE OF CHARGE, with a bed - full-price stay.

Optional payments:
Parking: € 5, - unguarded parking space in D.W. Kormoran / per day / per vehicle.
Small pet: 5, - € fee for a small dog or a kitten per day (only by prior arrangement).

Booking short stays is possible 10 or fewer days before arrival.

• 2 nights = extra payment + 25% of the price.
• 3 nights = extra payment + 20% of the price.
• 4 nights = extra + 15% of the price.
• 5 / 6 nights = extra payment + 10% of the price.

PAYMENT. After making a reservation within 24 hours, a prepayment of 30% of the calculated price must be made to the bank account received. Remaining payment, after agreement.

SHORT ABOUT THE LOCATION.
Niechorze is a charming seaside town, located between the Baltic Sea and the "Liwia-Łuża" lake, which connects the "Liwka" channel, which is also the natural border between Niechorze and Pogorzelica. The biggest attraction of Niechorze is the lighthouse built in 1866, situated on a 22-meter cliff. To climb it, you have to climb as many as 210 stairs. From the observation deck of the lighthouse there is a beautiful view of the Baltic and surrounding towns. With luck, when you walk on the beach, you can come across a charming seal named Depka, who has been visiting this part of the coast for many years.In May 2014, after a three-year break, the Nadmorska Narrow-Gauge Railway was restarted. A journey in antique wagons, pulled by a stylish steam locomotive, is a unique attraction and will remain in the memory of tourists for many years. The route leads from Pogorzelica through Niechorze, Śliwin, Rewal, Trzęsacz to Gryfice. It is also worth going to nearby Trzęsacz, where there are ruins of a Gothic church from the turn of the XIV / XV century and a palace and farm complex from the 18th / 19th century.A rich sports and recreation base, clean beaches and the typical atmosphere of the seaside resort, will make everyone find something for themselves.
