Seasonal, wooden cottages (without food)

We offer 4 modern wooden houses, two-level, insulated houses located 200 m from the sea. A wide promenade leads to the beautiful beach with the main entrance to the beach marked No. 2. Along the sea there is a promenade with a bicycle and pike route, which creates ideal conditions for relaxation and active leisure.
The cottages are comfortably furnished and furnished. They have modern furniture, LCD TVs, WI-FI internet, electric radiators, bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and hot water 24h. Kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and full kitchen equipment. In addition, each house has 2 spacious, roofed terraces (at the front and back of the house) and concrete barbecues.
The additional equipment also includes a set of garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, beach screens and portable dryers. At the reception there is also an ironing board, an iron and accessories for children - a travel cot, a high chair, a bath tub and a safety gate for stairs / limited number /.
The houses are adapted to accommodate 6 people. Living area 60 m2 (optional extra accommodation for up to 8 people, fold-out sofa in the living room). They consist on the ground floor with a vestibule which is an ideal place to put beach equipment, a pram or a bike, a living room connected to a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The living room has a large balcony window with direct access to the terrace, a convertible double sofa, a chest of drawers and a table and a table with chairs. On the first floor, in the attic, there are 2 three-person bedrooms. Each attic room is equipped with one double bed and one single bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table.
On the property there is a free parking lot, a large green area with a playground for children, a sandpit, a large and small slide, a rocking chair swing big and small, a large trampoline, volleyball court. The facility is monitored.

PRICE FOR A HOUSE UP TO 4 PEOPLE AND 5 - 6 PEOPLE, (including children), FOR 1 day, DEPENDENCE FROM THE SEASON AT MINIMUM FOR RENT 7 ACCOMODATIONS. Short stays, a surcharge applies.

In the summer holiday season, we rent houses for weekly or longer stays, a multiple of one week, starting from Saturday and saturating on Saturdays. Other days of arrival only if such a possibility arises.

8-additional person (sofa in the living room) + 10,-€. day.
Infant up to 2 years as an additional person + 5,-€. day.
Baby cot + 5,-€ day.
Pets are not allowed.
Power consumption (off-holiday season) is not included in the price. Price for 1 kwh = 1, - PLN (according to the individual meter).

3 -nights . = additional payment + 20% of the given price.
4 - 5 nights = additional payment + 15% of the price.
6 - nights = additional payment + 10% of the price.

PAYMENT. After making a reservation within 12 hours, a down payment of about 30% of the calculated price for the bank account received must be paid. Remaining payment on the spot on arrival, otherwise only after agreement.
