Seasonal holiday cottages with service, no meal plan.

We invite you for holidays to the picturesque seaside town of Ustronie Morskie, 15 km from Kołobrzeg.
We offer you, Comfortable, mocked, insulated holiday cottages, built in 2015, with a surface of 45m2. The house consists of 4 rooms.

Living room with a double sofa bed. Table with 4 chairs, LED32 TV.
Kitchenette in the living room with basic equipment, and, among others, coffee and dinner service, glasses, cutlery, pots, chopping board, pan, kettle, 2-burner electric plate and fridge.
Two bedrooms, the larger one with one double bed (width 140 cm) and the smaller one with two separate beds (2 x 80 cm wide). Bedding on the bedroom.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet. (we do not provide bathroom towels).
Terrace. Each house has a large, comfortable, covered terrace (1.7 x 6 m), with a table and 4 chairs, beach equipment and a clothes dryer.

Large recreational area, playground, swings, sandpit, barbecue, trampoline, small and large bicycles available.

- Free parking, the area is fenced, monitored and closed at night.

- Near AQUAPARK, open-air gym, bike paths, horse breeding.

The complex of 13 cottages is located approx. 12 min. on foot from the sea, approx. 750 m. Situated on an area of ​​2500m2, in a quiet area, where, away from the tourist noise, you can rest comfortably in the morning listening to the morning singing of birds and commune with nature. There is horse breeding next to our center so our guests can observe grazing horses approaching our fence. This is a great attraction especially for children. Not far (about 400 m) there is AQAPARK - a water park, where even on cloudy days you can actively relax, using water games, saunas, swimming pools, slides both inside and outside the facility. In Ustronie Morskie there are several recreational complexes, sports facilities, a newly built euroco, an outdoor gym, bicycle paths that can be visited by the whole nearby coast, and even along the beach to Kołobrzeg or Mielno. In Ustronie Morskie there is also a fishing harbor. Near our resort there is a number of catering facilities, where you can buy full board. There are network supermarkets and a small estate shop nearby.

PRICE FOR A HOUSE UP TO 4 PEOPLE AND +5 - 6 PEOPLE, (including children), FOR 1 day, DEPENDENCE FROM THE SEASON AT MINIMUM FOR RENT 7 ACCOMODATIONS. Short stays, a surcharge applies.

In the summer holiday season, we rent houses for weekly or multiple weekly stays, starting from Saturday or Sunday. Other days of arrival only if such a possibility arises.

5 additional person (sofa in the living room) + 10,- €. day.
6-additional person (sofa in the living room) + 10,- €. day.
Infant up to 2 years as an additional person + 3,-€. day.
Baby cot + 5,-€. day.
Pets (only small) allowed in some homes, after confirmation of the renter. Additional payment required.
The electricity consumption during the holiday season is included in the price. Outside the holiday season, the price for 1 kwh = 1, - PLN (according to the individual meter).
For the period of stay, on the day of arrival a deposit of PLN 300 for the house is charged.

A local climatic fee is collected for the benefit of the Ustronie Morskie municipality, determined in each season (payment on site, at check-in, only cash, please).

In the summer holidays (22.06.-31.08.), We rent our houses in turnis from Saturday to Saturday for stays of 1, 2 or 3-4 weeks. Other days of arrivals and departures are not accepted.

3 -nights . = additional payment + 20% of the given price.
4 - 5 nights = additional payment + 15% of the price.
6 - nights = additional payment + 10% of the price.

PAYMENT. After making a reservation within 12 hours, a down payment of about 30% of the calculated price for the bank account received must be paid. Remaining payment on the spot on arrival, otherwise only after agreement.
