Living room with direct access to the terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with direct access to the terrace, terrace with roof, terrace with swimming – pool and BBQ and parking place for 4 cars.

• 1. Entrance to the villa from the side of the kitchen  and 2 entries from the side of the living room.Living room with fireplace, sofas, dinning room with a table that opens, furniture, TV with SAT- TV.
• 2. Well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic, kitchen hood, fridge with a big freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, water jug and other cookware for more than 6 person.
• One window and a door with access to the terrace.
• 3. One bedroom for 2 person with 2 individual beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and window.
• 4. A small bedroom for 1 person with an individual bed.
• 5. Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

II) FIRST FLOOR

• 1. One Bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
• 2. bathroom with with bath, WC, BD and sink.

III) TERRACE

Big terrace around 350m2 with swimming – pool, set of garden furniture, BBQ. A part of the terrace is with roof and the other one in the open air. Sunloungers and umbrellas and a washing machine.

The property is fenced and All windows and doors are secured with stylish bars

01.05. -  30.09 --  10 to 15 % of discount of the price per week.

You can reach an agreement depending on the month in which the lease is done. There is no sheets and towels change (allowed a double game of both). Final cleaning is included in the price. The kitchen should be delivered in clean condition, otherwise you will have to pay extra 60 Euros. Deposit 300 Euros.

ITS FORBIDEN:

• 1. Use sheets, blankets and cushions from the villa in the garden or on the beach.
• 2. Remove glass to the garden (specially easy to break).
• 3. Feed the cats in the garden and on the balconies
• 4. Use the apartment or villa for purposes other than those set.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

The rented apartment or villa can be occupied by the number of people (including children) in the reserve and the price.

Any customer who rents an apartment or villa is required to use with caution internal and external equipment.

In case of damage, the customer is obligated to report it and pay the losses.

Complaints and inquiries should be made known to the lessor at the time of entry in the apartment or villa. This may prevent misunderstandings or otherwise give any help.
